Prasanthi Old Age Welfare Home began in the Year 1998 and has been serving the elderly since then by giving them the care, love and affection in their sunset years.
We are committed to serving Senior Citizens for the past 26 years. The Home is situated in Plot No: 11 & 12, SRS Avenue, Kelambakkam- Vandalur Road, Melakottaiyur, Chennai- 600127.It is to be noted that the home has been run on a free-of-cost basis for deserving senior citizens.

This New Home needs funding to provide facilities including Generator(130KVA) available to make life easier for our Senior Citizens. Due to the high construction cost involved, we seek your generous contributions and donations. Donation will be exempted by under section 80G of I T act 1961. Prasanthi Old Age Welfare Home was founded by Shri. RAJAGOPALA BALAJI, a B.Com. Graduate.He is a ardent devotee of Bhagwan Shirdi Sai Baba and Bhagwan Shri Satya Sai Baba and staunch follower of Bharat Ratna Dr. M.G.R. He has dedicated his life to the upkeep and well being of the old aged people of the society. He is in social service from 18 years old and still remains a bachelor. For starting this Prasanthi Old Age Welfare Home, his great inspirations are his parents, Sri Satya Sai Baba, Dr. M.G.R., and his close friend Dr. Sunita Jagadish (USA).
